Joel Reznick is a Broker and long‑time Conejo Valley resident with more than 30 years of deep community roots. As one of the original shareholders of Aviara Real Estate, Joel helped grow the brokerage into a thriving company of over 200 agents. Today, that legacy continues as Aviara has transitioned into Altera Real Estate, a new brokerage built on the same commitment to excellence, community, and client‑first service.
A highly respected industry leader, Joel was honored as one of the Conejo Valley’s Top 40 Under 40 and currently serves as President of the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® (CSMAR), where he has been an active board member for more than a decade. His career is marked by numerous accolades, including being named Real Estate Agent of the Year in 2012 by CSMAR, an association representing over 2,000 agents.
Joel’s approach to real estate is deeply personal—he treats every client’s investment with the same care, diligence, and respect as he would his own. His passion for service, market expertise, and integrity have earned him long‑standing trust throughout the community.
At home, Joel is married to his Westlake High School sweetheart, Sarah. Together they have three sons, Zane, Wynn, and Kash along with their two rescue dogs, Oreo and Sooji.
